I don’t sweat to lose pounds or inches or to fit into a tight dress…(okay, maybe that last one just a little). I sweat to make my insides match my outsides. I want to be happy and feel amazing. Looking good is part of that equation but most importantly…I am just an all around more effective momma and woman when I get my sweat on.
This morning I am getting my sweat on from my hotel room in Disney. Total body Cardio today. Why do you work out? What’s your workout today?
