Move of the day!!! Jack squats!!
FEEL THE BURN!!
Get in a squat position feet wide, knees over the ankles, butt back, weight in the heels. Hands down towards the floor. Now staying in the squat position start doing jumping jacks. Make sure to stay low. Don’t let your butt and hips rise. They will rise a bit naturally but try to stay low.
