Juices!

may-13-2 Just to give you a visual as to why I do NOT drink juice unless it is juiced naturally in front of me. I would rather have the doughnuts. Or a cupcake or chocolate. LOL

Turn over the container and look at the ingredients and the sugars. If the Sugars are really high…look at the ingredients. If there is any added sugar aside from the fruit itself then it isn’t really a healthy choice.
