I am going to get this tush tight if it kills me. So here is a move that will get your heart pumping and your legs/tush burning.
There are 3 levels to this move. Start with your finger tips touching the ground doing the squat jumps for 30 secs. Then tough your knuckles and jump squat for 30 seconds, then touch your palms to the ground and jump and straddle your legs out as far as you can and repeat for 30 seconds. This is 1 round. Then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
1⃣keep your chest up
3⃣booty tucked under
4⃣arms all the way up to the ears on the jump
5⃣when you feel like you are tired get lower in the squat because you probably raised up a bit without realizing it.
