Some days you just have to take a moment to just breathe and give thanks in every circumstance.
We are all to often caught up in the game of complaining about whatever the latest hiccup is in our life that we forget to just take a moment to look around and be great Fil for what that hiccup has brought into our lives. What opportunity have it given you even if the hiccup is a less than desirable circumstance or situation.
Today I have had to just step outside, enjoy nature and the fresh air, just breathe and reflect on all the good amongst frustrations and exhaustion. It really does just set my mind at ease and allows me to recenter my mind and my focus for the day.
I encourage you to just pause whenever you feel a little “off”, take a deep breathe and look below the surface at what your ARE grateful for in that moment and so much more.
