Just Step Up and shape up the booty!

It is pretty easy to find something anywhere that you can use to step up on. You can use a stair at the park or a wall or a bench. The higher the platform the more work your tush will be doing. Also the higher the platform the slower you go and you can do less reps.

lower = 25 x 3 each leg

High = 12 x 3 each leg
