Move of the day: KNEEL TO STAND LUNGES
I am sure there is a more proper name. These appear easy but with added weight they will have your booty and thighs burning.
Tips:
1 knee and ankle in line
2 keep your back straight
3 booty tucked
4 when you stand keep the weight in the heels Toes lifted up
5 sqeezs the tush to stand
