Here is a move from my upper body workout. Lat pull overs. I added the ball and alternate arms to make it more difficult. You don’t need a ball and you can use a band or anything with a little weight.
Working out at home is what works best for ME. It may not be for everyone but for me, I can workout with celebrity trainers who have proven results in about 30 minutes or less for a fraction of the cost. 45 minutes if you include the prep time and my shower after. I have gathered up some equipment over the years but I started with nothing.
As a busy working mom, the time it takes to pack up my daughter, drive to the gym, get her settled in daycare, and then actually workout (feel akward while there), drive home and shower, it would be a 2 hour experience. My time is precious and can be used more intentionally in other areas of my life.
