Leg Day DONE!! I had to do leg day today instead of tomorrow since I will be traveling and may or may not have weights. So legs today…Pilates with a band tomorrow. Never thought a band would inflict such pain but it’s building strength. I am not sure if I need to up my weights and resistance or if I was just mentally more focused on the ticking time bomb beside me on the couch but I didn’t need to modify or even take as many breaks today. Those lunge jumps though I needed to stop and shake out the legs.

Do you want the legs to burn?? Do
15 weighted lunges
then
drop the weight and immediately do 15 lunge jumps.
Do that 3x’s…on each leg.
Sheesh!! #mylegsarebroken
