Leg lifts !

 

Move of the day is leg lifts:

3 positions.
Back, Side, Front

10-15 lifts in each position on each leg. Repeat 3x

1⃣Keep your body upright. Don’t lean.
2⃣Keep your hips square. No fire hydrants.
3⃣hold on to something if you need balance.
