We all have those days where you just want to get your workout in during nap time or before the kids wake up or even right after they go to bed right? Well my little girl always wants to join in the fun when she is awake for mommas workouts. So here is how I managed my leg day workout WITH my LO and we had a lot of fun. Her giggles are priceless and she is way better to workout with than hand weights. So grab your kiddo and let’s go!

LEG DAY!!
Move #1⃣
Weighted Sumo squat -Jump
3 sets of 30
15 squats/15 jumps
If you want to really feel the burn . Pulse it out for 10 after the jumps.

Move #2⃣
Heel press kick backs
3 sets of 20 each leg
Make sure you keep your belly button pressed up and in towards the spine and your booty tucked under.
For added resistance use a band or ankle weights.

Move #3⃣
Weighted Lunge – jump
3 sets of 30
15 lunges/15 jumps. Each Leg
These are a killer. Make sure you keep your chest upend your knees over your ankles and at 90 degree angles.

Move #4⃣
Weighted Front lunge -heel kick
3 sets of 30
15 lunges/ 15 jumps each leg
Lunge forward then stand up lifting from the back, core, and pressing off the HEEL not the toes. Kick your front leg forward pressing the heel toward the wall. Keep you back leg’s heel off the ground for added difficulty.
