LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!! I mean…lets talk about a transformation. It’s a different kind of transformation. The picture on the left was freshman year of college. That was 16 years ago!!! CRAZY!!!! I was so young and soooo tiny. I really had NOT come into my body at all. I was always so small in high school. Strangely enough I broke my back, quit gymnastics and grew 6 inches.
I was one of the taller girls on the cheerleading team by the time I came in but I still had no hips, no butt, no boobs, and had ZERO idea how to wear my hair or makeup. I was such a country girl. Still am at heart. Just a little more dolled up when I want to be. Lol.
The picture on the left is today. I weigh the exact same but I have a much better figure and MUCH healthier from the inside out. I actually am just as strong as I was back then. 2 babies and 16 years later…I can’t believe it still fits!!!
It’s all in how you take care of YOURSELF. It is never to late to be happy with your body. You can lose weight and be in the best shape of your life AFTER kids or AFTER gaining it. It’s not easy. There is no magic pill, shake, wrap, whatever…if you want it to be a lifelong change and you want to maintain. That stuff will help but you need to be working hard and feeding your body with fresh healthy ingredients and superfoods. Cutting out the crap and processed foods. Learning to make time to workout for 30 minutes minimum a day or at least 5 days a week. And enjoying your life, surrounded by positive people who reduce the stress, lift you up and keep you accountable to your goals.
I am proof of that. I plan to put this back on in another 16 years and still have it fit, still feel amazing, still be fit and most importantly…HAPPY!!!
