Good morning!!! Best way to start the day…dive into good readings that lift you up. Fill yourself up so to speak. Read a book, a devotional, listen to an audiobook, or use google to search for Quotes on how you feel and motivation to start your day based on those emotions. Find something that inspires you, makes you feel loved, gives you hope, and just makes you feel good. Arm yourself with a positive mindset for the day and defend it when life gets heavy and tries to break you with the force of negativity. You will find that you will have a little extra pep in your step for the day.
