Lower Abs & Hip Flexor!

Simple Fitness…today’s focus is on lower abs and hip flexors. This is a basic move that you can build on. Keep your weight centered lift your legs and keep your transverse abdominals tight (belly button to spine & up) If you can’t lift your legs with them straight keep trying because as you go you WILL get stronger. I couldn’t do this a fee months ago and now I can!!
