Maximize The Calories You Burn

Are you maximizing your Calories Burned? Are you cutting off a number of calories you COULD be burning?

Did you know that your body continues to burn calories AFTER you finish your workout IF you allow you body to cool down, lower your heart rate and finish sweating.  Usually, 20-30 minutes after you are done.

IT IS COLD!!!! So I took Cardio to the indoors today. It felt awesome! Cardio Fix Extreme… KILLER!! Take a look. 1st picture on the left is after I finished the workout and the second picture on the right is about 20 minutes later.
