Momma’s you CAN workout at home. Some days are just more challenging than others. Lol. But the added weight just makes it that much more fun. Where there is a will, there is a way. Just roll with it. And laugh…A LOT.
I was able to sneak in a little Total body workout this morning with the help of my little princess. Give these moves a try! You can always skip the hand weights and swap them out for just your LO.
