Mommy’s exercise buddy this morning. We ran/walked 2 miles the did 30 minutes of Pilates and then some stretching. We had a yummy breakfast complete with Paleo lemon blueberry muffins, yogurt with strawberries, and a big glass of strawberry water. Yumm…it feels good to get back on track. Now if I could get motivated to do some work. Nah…I am going to enjoy these last few hours with my family before I take them to the airport. Work can wait. Don’t think my boss will mind. Lol.
