Move of the day!!!
Swimmer planks:
Get in a plank position and lift one arm and one leg. Reach out toward your feet and Swing your arm around your head in a circular motion toward the front (like a forward stroke). Repeat with opposite arm and opposite leg.
Do this for 30 seconds.
Switch the direction if your arms so that you are reaching our towards the wall swinging your arms around your head towards your backside (like a back stroke).
Repeat with opposite arm and opposite leg.
Do this for 30 seconds.
Repeat 3x’s
