Tricep Dips (with a little added resistance). wink emoticon I started to video this without her and she ran over and jumped on me so I went with it. Lol. Obviously no resistance is needed.
Do 5 dips starting with your fingers pointing towards your toes. Your knee should be over your ankle when your hips are up in table top position. Shoulders over your wrists. Toes up weight in the arms pressing heels into the ground. Lift one leg for a little added difficulty. Lift your hips up to table top position and slowly dip bend your arms and hips towards the floor counting to 3 then quick burst back to table top position.
12 reps (6 on each side if leg is up)
