Southwest Omelette:
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 bells peppers diced
1/4 cup onion diced
1/4 sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup turkey, chicken, or ham
1-2 slices avocado
Small Sprinkle of organic Cheddar Cheese.
