My Healthy Breakfast !

My Healthy Breakfast after a good sweaty workout. With some yummy pomegranate green tea. Like my new cup? Love it! It was a Christmas present. Anyway…share this deliciousness. What did you have for breakfast. Comment below.

Southwest Omelette:
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 bells peppers diced
1/4 cup onion diced
1/4 sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup turkey, chicken, or ham
1-2 slices avocado
Small Sprinkle of organic Cheddar Cheese.

Add all eggs & egg white to a bowl, whisk and set aside. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat with oil. Add peppers onions and tomatoes. Stir and cook for 3 min. Add egg and cook till no longer runny add meat (optional) cook for 1 min. Remove and add cheese and avocado to the the top.

Enjoy!!
