My Picky Eater !

Shhhh….don’t tell her that there are fruits and veggies in there. LOL!! My munchkin is going through a “don’t want it” phase. She won’t eat anything but yogurt and puréed stuff…or snacks. So everyday I make my shake she comes running when she here’s the blender. I make her her “sake” and she crushed it.

Today I made her a chocolate shake with 1/2 a scoop of Shakeology, a banana, almond milk and a dash of pure vanilla.

At least I can feel good about her getting is the nutrients and all the good stuff her little body needs while I help her work through this picky phase.

Do you have picky eaters all the time or just phases?
