Oh Yeah! Feel The Burn !


Oh yeah! Feel the burn. 1 minute X 3 tap the back knee ever so lightly or not at all. Keep your front knee over the ankle and SQUEEZE the glutes using them to stand up instead of your feet. As always…belly button to your spin and pulling up with shoulders down for a tight engaged core.
