Blueberries are on SALE this week at your local grocer and they are REALLY good. They are so ripe and fresh that they just burst in your mouth and are so sweet like candy. I bought extra and froze them.
I actually do not like blueberries. These however were so good that I added more to my morning oatmeal, chia, musselli mix. I eat blueberries year round since they are an antioxidant superfood and have so many health benefits like boosting your immune system, improving brain and eye health and helping to prevent heart disease…just to name a few.
