GOODMORNING!! OMG!!! My body HURTS!!! I consider myself to be in pretty good shape but, man oh man…I am dying. This only means that my muscles are getting stronger and they are WERKIN’. Lol.
Today was Day 19 and it was Friday Fight…and because Audrey stayed asleep for an extra hour today I had time to do pulse as well. Ouch! I knew from insanity that ShaunT’s idea of a recovery day is not really a recovery for your muscles but just for your lungs. Haha. I was praying to the God Lord above to help me get through it. My shoulder and my legs just about gave out and the hardest move of all…the backstroke swimmers at the very end. I was surprised at how weak my lower abdominals were. Gotta work on that.
