When I know I will be in a rush in the mornings I make up a little oatmeal the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight. All I have to do is heat it up. I add a few extras to it. I am not a huge fan of chia pudding so this is just another way to get in a little chia.
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup Muesli
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blueberries (fruit of choice)
1 cup water
Refrigerate overnight.
