Portion Distortion

Thought this was interesting and totally true!! Next time you eat make sure to use a smaller plate. If you are out to eat…Ask for a smaller plate or bowl so that you can create portions that are realistic and then you will have an extra meal or 2 or even 3 if you are at a place like Cheesecake factory. It is possible to over eat on healthy food too. I am looking forward to the Fix 21 program coming out in February 2014 with a portion control meal plan and serving size plates and cups.
