So I know I have been totally MIA today and I apologize. I was just having one of those days where I just couldn’t get myself together. I was up early and made the most of the morning with a hardcore workout, great breakfast and we made Kale chips in the dehydrator.
I spent the day with my little girl and ended up falling asleep with her this afternoon for over an hour. She gets my full attention when she is home and awake. Especially now that she is in pre-school 3 days a week. I have been really struggling with my bloating and having issues with being lethargic, foggy head, blurry vision, and just uncomfortable.
So I decided it’s time to take it back to the basics and focus on meal prep and eating more often throughout the day. I tend to forget to eat every 2-3 hours when I eat more like an athlete in training, so tonight the meal prep went down in full effect. I set a timer in my phone to remind me to eat and drink water throughout the day. Lol.
