Progress is progress no matter how small and you should always feel good about what you are doing as long as it is something. Something is always better than 0 as long as you are trying and doing the best with what you have. You have to be honest and realistic with yourself in return. You can’t expect crazy amazing results in a short amount of time if you aren’t putting in the crazy amazing work. It’s all relevant and you have to be okay with slower progress if you only do the bare minimum and don’t push yourself to the max every day.
EITHER WAY IS OKAY!!! Do what works for YOU and no one else.
I was feeling pretty Blah this morning and did NOT want to get up to do a workout. I didn’t even get up wearily for quiet time. Today is the last day of week 2 for insanity max 30. I wasn’t really feeling like I made that much of a physical change in appearance. Well…I always tell my challengers to take a picture. I took my own advice and BAM! Hello abs and I see more definition in my arm and for sure my booty. So feeling better now. Lol.
