Pre-Prep for the week is underway. Starting with the kids breakfast. We made a bunch of protein pancakes (we cheated and used the quick mix this time. Bought it at Costco) and hard boiled eggs. My kids LOVE hard boiled Eggs and pancakes. We made triple the recipe for 21 grams of protein pancakes and I added a dash of vanilla to sweeten them up a bit. Next up…mommas cashew oat pancakes and another 18 hard boiled eggs.
