I have been lifting weights for over 15 years now. People ask me how I keep my arms toned. My answer is weight training and push-ups in combo with a proper diet and and exercise.
Check out this combo move from one of my favorite weight training programs for at home. Push ups-Dead Lift-Squat. Start with 1:1:1 and work up to 7:7:7 or higher. (I am at 5:5:5 and go to 4:4:4 in the video)
I personally use 15-20 lbs but I started with 8’s when I first began the program.
