Dinner idea!! Super Easy! Super Clean! Only 15 minutes and you can make extra for lunch the next day. This has a kick but you could swap the sauce with a less spicy sauce like a marinara or tomato basil. My son loved it. It really wasn’t to terribly spicy. I have a rule that when cooking during the week…I use meals that only have 5 ingredients. This helps me cut down on the time I am spending in the kitchen. I am notorious for just throwing things together in a pinch. This one turned out really well. It was a hit and I served it up at our church small group. It serves about 12.
What you need:
1 box of Quinoa Pasta
1 lb of medium shrimp
1 lb of sweet italian chicken sausage
1 package of organic spinach
1 jar of Calabria Brand Arribata Sauce
or Make your Own Arribata
Tomato Pulp or Puree
Onions
Garlic
Carrot
Lemon Juice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Red Hot Chili Pepper
Pink Salt
Parsley
Cook up Quinoa Pasta as directed. Drain and set aside. Cook shrimp and Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage. Season with Italian spice. When it is done slice the sausage. You can make your own Arribata sauce or you could buy an all natural organic sauce that has a 3 day expiration date. I use Calabria brand Arribata Sauce. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and add chicken sausage, shrimp, and spinach. Mix and serve.
Enjoy!
