Okay… So this last week was really tough. I am still struggling with chronic fatigue. Lack of appetite and a whole lot of other things. I mean…REALLY struggling. It is all I can do to keep my eyes open during the day and I force myself to eat. No I am not pregnant. I checked. So naturally…I slacked off with my workouts. Well, that only hurt me more because it made me even more lazy and tired.
So today…I am regaining control and I forced myself to workout even though I would much rather have stayed on the couch. I am glad I did it. I feel much better. I did a T-Grip Bar workout. I am looking forward to Max insanity but to be honest…I haven’t gotten it for myself yet because I have my eyes set of the 21 day Fix extreme. Come on February. Can’t wait.
