When it comes to eating clean, exercising, your faith, your manners, the way you dress, the way you speak…your children are watching. They are like sponges and are a reflection of you and your behaviors. I want my children to be well mannered, have respect for themselves and other, be kind, generous, have huge hearts, know the value of a dollar and hard work and that giving up or quitting is not an option. When it comes to life I want them to be healthy and do what they need to do to remain that way.
What do you want your children to remember as being an important life skill or trait that you instilled in them? What are you doing to help achieve it? Make good decisions and remember who is watching.
