Reset Results are in from my detox and I feel INCREDIBLE! It is AMAZING how much of a difference just 3 weeks of cleaning out the processed foods and sugars make.
I have always said that it is not about the weight for me, or the inches. I am at a point in my lifestyle and journey that I honestly don’t have much to loose. I did track it this time just for measure. I was struggling so hard in the beginning of the year and the business and stress of everyday working busy mom life got the best of me and my body just said “I’m done”. We all work ourselves to sheer exhaustion and push our bodies to the max. Its not healthy. The stuff we eat and breathe everyday doesn’t help. I gave in to the convenience of certain foods and stimulants to keep me going. I needed to fix that.
During this process I have totally reset my energy levels, without caffeine or energy stimulants. I no longer need naps or fall asleep in the middle of the day. I have not wanted to stop by chick-fil-a or any fast food places. I have learned to not just mindlessly eat snacks and realized just HOW MUCH I actually just put food in my mouth even though I wasn’t really that hungry. I discovered that I don’t eat nearly enough veggies and I do eat way to much sugar throughout the day that is hidden in other foods. I discovered a new taste for foods that I never thought I would ever like or eat. My allergies cleared up and I haven’t had a headache at all this month. My skin cleared up and is glowing. I honestly don’t want to reintroduce certain foods because I feel that great! I am slowly starting to do it though little by little to see what I can handle.
