Move of the Day: REVERSE V-UPS
These are fun and are great for the core if you do them correctly!
Do 12-20 X 3
1 get in a plank position
2 wrists under shoulders
3 hips and tush down
4 using your core and your hips, as if your legs and feet don’t exist, lift your tush towards the ceiling.
5 jump back to plank position lifting the tush and keeping the core engaged.
Put I some fun music like this and forget that you are working out!
