ROUND THE CLOCK LUNGES:
After watching myself on this video…my form could be much better. LOL. These will workout your legs when you do them a little faster and with correct form. It takes a few tries to get the feeling down because they feel akward but they make you feel the burn. Get low in the lunge. Lower than I did. And step out lunging at the 12-2-4-and 6. On the six hot the ground. Do this for 6 rounds on each leg.
