I LOVE LOVE LOVE Salt and Vinegar Chips.  But I can’t eat them all the time.  So I tried to make them myself using our Dehydrator.  You can find a similar dehydrator HERE.  I used Zucchini and vinegar and Himalayan Salt.  They turned out okay.  I have to be honest.  I prefer the Kale Salt and vinegar chips, but these were still pretty good.  They were a hit with the hubby.

What You Need:

Depending on the size of your dehydrator (we used 4 trays)

4 Fresh Zucchini

Himalayan Pink Salt in a Salt Grinder

1/4 cup of vinegar (White or Apple Cider)

What To Do:

Slice the zucchini with a vegetable slicer.  Place the slices in a large mixing bowl.  Pour in the vinegar and and toss.  Then sprinkle in a little salt. Mix it up and let it soak for about 20 minutes.  Then spread out the zucchini on the dehydrator tray.  Turn on the dehydrator to the setting recommended for vegetables (specifically zucchini).  Cook for recommended time.   I left mine in until they were crispy like a chip.  It was about 8 hours.

You can try this with other veggies too.

Enjoy!
