Move of the Day: SEATED LEG LIFTS
One of my weakest muscles is my hip flexors. Always has been. I can’t do all the holds and such because they are so weak. These are helping me tone up my thighs and the booty as well as strengthen my hip flexor muscles.
1 keep your toes pointed
2 turn the raised foot out and lift the heel towards the ceiling
3 keep your leg as straight as possible
4 keep the chest up
