Setting Goals

may-14-1-300x300 Lets talk about setting goals: Share with me what your 30 day Fitness goals are. Be realistic. When setting goals it is important to not only set the BIG DREAM GOALS but to also set small goals that lead you to your long term goals. Like stepping stones.

With fitness these would be the number of days a week you will workout. The distance you will run or weight you will lift before you gas out. A muscle up a pull up a push up. Maybe it is to get through T25 without using the modifier.

With Nutrition Maybe you will cut out a certain food and add in something else that is a healthier option like Shakeology or to eat a certain color container each day in the fix 21 program.

What do you hope to have accomplished by the end of the month?

Be honest and remember… Realistic. I am here to support you. Setting unrealistic goals sets you up for failure and we don’t want that. We want you to feel fantastic and like you have succeeded leaving you ready to tackle that next step.
