WARNING….this is not a beginner move! SHOULDER TAPS!! if you are able to walk your feet up a wall or kick up into a handstand then go ahead and give this a shot. If not then practice walking your feet up to the handstand. Just turn around and face the wall. You can also have someone help you up. You can put your weight on the wall if that helps too. The goal is to be able to not use the wall for balance. I wiggle a little too much in my core so I will be working on that. Once you are up lift one arm up and tap your shoulder. if you are nervous about this…GET A SPOTTER AND OR PLACE a PILLOW UNDER YOUR HEAD!
