Move of the Day: SKATERS individual and with a little weight.
These target so much of your body when done properly. Looking at the video I could have been lower to the ground. So GET LOW! lol
1 get low.
2 get good distance side to side.
3 stretch the trailing leg out as far as you can crossing behind the leading leg, to get a good stretch in the obliques.
4 cross the trailing arm across the knee and stretch the shoulder keeping the arm straight and the palm facing up
5 keep the leading arm behind you as you land.
