SKI ABS !


SKI ABS – A quick little sunrise workout On this Easter Morning. Make sure you keep your back hips and neck I line with your transverse abdominals tight (belly button pulled to the spine and up towards the ribs) being your opposite knee in to your opposite elbow@but bring both knees in at the same time. Jump back and repeat to the opposite side. Happy Easter!
