Smashed Avo Toast!

Running little miss around today for errands, appointments, school pictures and a mommy day. A little mid day snack before we pick up big brother! So yummy! I am on a mission to learn as many new recipes as possible using ingredients that do not flare up my candida or that make my stomach hurt. So be prepared for new recipes on the regular. 🙋🏻🌱🍴

Lemon Juice
S&P
Chives/spring onion
Sesame seeds
Chia seeds (topping)
Grain/Gluten/Dairy Free muffin
