::::SMOOTHIE RECIPE::::

::::SMOOTHIE RECIPE BELOW::::

RISE AND SHINE!! Taking life at a chill pace this morning. If it requires pants and a bra it’s not happening. Lol. I put my fruit and veggies in a cup today. Keeping it interesting. I was getting bored with my fruit plate.

Betty Berry Smoothie:

1 cup spinach
1/2 an avocado
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup blackberries, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1 cup water
1 tsp raw honey

So good. I freeze my fresh organic berries to keep them from spoiling and they taste better when I eat them. Texture issues, and they make for great smoothie ingredients that way. ENJOY!!
