So Far So good! Day 1 of the 3 day refresh and I am feeling great!
When you do a detox or a cleanse it is most beneficial to your health to make sure that you are NOT feeling famished. Make sure you get in enough healthy fruits, veggies, protein, healthy fats, and fiber.
