Spinach Omelet

One of my favorite quick and easy breakfast meals. I need to be better about eating more green veggies and this is a perfect way to help get them all in.

3 eggs 1 cup spinach 1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes pinch of mozzarella cheese

You can add chicken if you like or onion as well. YUMMO!!
