Easy 20 minute Sprint Run Workout.
Up the intensity and add into it with push ups, lunges, squats, whatever you are feeling at the time. Push a jogging stroller and REALLY feel the burn.
5 minute jog/run to warm up
10 second sprint 40 second jog. Walk for 10 seconds.
Repeat 10 times
5 minute cool down jog.

It is 20 minutes total.
