This little move was part of my workout this morning before I left. Squat low and try to keep your knees and hips in line with each other. Turn your body to one side and then back to the center. Then turn to the opposite side and then back to center. 3 sets of 12.
It looks easy but…if you do this the right way and stay low…it BURNS 🔥🔥🔥 make it harder by adding weights.
