STROLLER WORKOUT!!!

Stroller Workout

This one is super fun. Audrey giggled the whole time. What a better way than to get our workout in on the way to the park. There are so many ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

1⃣Run or jog as far as you want. I ran a mile.
2⃣Walking Lunges. 15 ea Leg
3⃣Silly Face Squats 50. (make silly faces at your little one)
4⃣Walking Hip Extensions 15 ea Leg (squeeze the glutes)
5⃣Peek-A-Boo Side Step Lunges
15 ea Side. (Play peak a boo and make them laugh. Audrey kept looking back)
6⃣Push-Up Kisses (do as many as you can)
7⃣Round House Giggles. 15 ea Leg (just be silly and get them to laugh)
3⃣Run Or Jog or sprint to finish up. (As far or as long as you want. I did a mile)
