You can totally do this without baby in tow. Now that the weather is nice I like@to get outside and exercise. Try this one:
10 rounds:
Sprint for 20 seconds then slow jog for 40 seconds
100 squats and 100 push-ups for time.
I use the stop signs in my neighborhood. Sprint to one then walk to one and repeat.
I also broke up the push ups and squats into sets of 20 and did 5 rounds. I used Audrey as weight for squats and my bottom floor for the push-ups.
